Over the past year, we have had some great success stories with hybris cloud for sales and service. Gauri is proud to announce that one of its implementations with Stelrad Radiators won the Gold Award in the recently concluded SAP Quality Awards 2016 under the Innovation Category.
Each one of these has a compelling story and proposition; there are hybris customers that have implemented Cloud for Sales and Service, there are Business One customers and of course the traditional ERP customers. The latest one was for our clients, leading in design and manufacturing of high-performance gas generators, which is a S/4 HANA and hybris cloud for Sales and Service story (a greenfield implementation).

An exciting proposition where a hybris commerce customer has adopted hybris cloud for customer, rolled out by Gauri.
The Entertainer, founded in 1981, is the biggest independent toy retailer in the UK at present and is growing at an average of one new store per month. The Entertainer is considered as one of the best companies to work for (according to The Sunday Times 2015).
The Entertainer’s customer service is one of the best where their SLAs are very aggressive compared to their challengers. Christmas period is their busiest time and during this period their customer service team increases from 20 members to 150 plus members, in order to meet the ever demanding customer services from various channels.
The Entertainer wanted to have a separate and more integrated solution which can help further improve their customer services and keep themselves ahead in the market segment with a single view of customer from various channels. They have selected SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer solution as their primary system to manage the load and help automate the service tickets. The solution required to integrate with following channels:
- Hybris Commerce B2C: This is a master system from where the account and contacts are replicated to C4C and vice-versa. The real time integration helps immediate customer details replication and helps the customer service team to resolve the customer issues faced while performing online transactions
- CTI Integration: Telephony integration with Internal customer service team and also with the outsource firm to manage the busiest period
- Email Integration: e-mail integration with various channels like, ebay, Amazon, Tesco etc. to the customer service team
- Social Media: Integration with Facebook and Twitter applications on the messaging services with a real time response
- Chat Integration: Integration with SnapEngage chat provider
The solution has been delivered broadly to time and budget, and the customer has been live for a few weeks already.
An SAP B1 with a standalone, global hybris cloud for sales implementation
Shimtech Industries is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of the high-performance composite structures and shim solutions to the global aerospace industry.
Shimtech Industries were seeking a globally implemented solution to streamline their bid management process with a view to managing the entire bidding process efficiently across different geographies and group companies. Gauri accepted the challenge to deliver the C4C solution within 5 weeks involving complete life-cycle from start to the end, which required configuration and roll-out to 11 countries.

Our client, a leading innovator in the design, manufacturing and support of high-performance gas generators for the analytical laboratories had gone live with C4C Sales Solution, which they were not entirely satisfied with. They were also in the midst of evaluating a field service solution and an ERP deployment.
Gauri was referred by another partner to our client help streamline their C4C Sales Implementation to go-live and then undertake number of changes and enhancements.
Our scope included the implementation of accounts and contact management activity, management of opportunity and sales, forecasting and quotation management, pricing, integration with google map, analytics, KPIs and operational reporting.
