Our client, a leading innovator in the design, manufacturing and support of high-performance gas generators for the analytical laboratories had gone live with C4C Sales Solution, which they were not entirely satisfied with. They were also in the midst of evaluating a field service solution and an ERP deployment as well.
Gauri was referred by another partner to the our client help streamline their C4C Sales Implementation to go-live and then undertake number of changes and enhancements.
Our scope included the implementation of accounts and contact management activity, management of opportunity and sales, forecasting and quotation management, pricing, integration with google map, analytics, KPIs and operational reporting.
Gauri successfully delivered a highly complex and technically challenging integration between S4/HANA and hybris Cloud for Service to achieve a seamless implementation of core business processes, enabling our client to create an integrated platform for business.
